Started in 2001 by artist and furniture conservator Dutch Small, Forma Revivo began with just $700 - and in 2 ½ years, funded entirely through operations, had $1 million in sales of fine, design-driven vintage modern and Scandinavian furniture. A third generation furniture conservator whose grandfather did restoration for Elvis Presley, Small’s first mid-century modern discovery was a Saarinen chair purchased in 1993 and over the past 11 years, similar surprising discoveries have yielded many one-of-a-kind selections.

Today, Forma Revivo boasts one of the most extensive, yet well-edited collections of designer furniture available for purchase anywhere.  Forma Revivo comprises expert conservators and a world-class shipping operation, with representation in the finest galleries in New York.
